About AnalogX Bound
DirectX Audio plugin that ensures all audio data is clamped to a valid range.
AnalogX Bound clamps any audio to within a user-specified range, eliminating one of the more common errors a plug-in makes with high-volume samples: wrapping. For example, when a plugin takes something like a 32bit sample 1.1, instead of clamping it to 1.0, it wraps it to -0.9. To use AnalogX Bound, you need to have an application installed that supports DirectX Audio plugins, and works primarily with realtime applications, although some non-realtime applications will work as well. This software supports mono or stereo sound streams, as well as 16bit and 32 bit types, though it is geared towards 32bit audio.
